HOSA is a national organization for students from middle school through college to learn about healthcare, healthcare careers, demonstrate clinical and leadership skills, and compete in statewide and national competitions. The competitions range from individual objective tests in various healthcare subjects to product/research presentations in healthcare including public speaking and interviewing skills. For the 23-24 school year we have almost 50 members who are looking forward to learning from these competitions and building friendships with like-minded students both in Temple High School and other schools in Texas and nationwide!
This year we will be traveling to the Spring Leadership Conference in Ft. Worth, the State Leadership Conference & Competition in Galveston, and the National Leadership Conference in Houston, TX where the students will compete in their chosen categories. We also would like to take a field trip, have an end of the year party to celebrate our accomplishments, and we will be participating in different volunteering activities. Big or small, all donations are welcome and GREATLY appreciated! Your donation will go directly to fund their activities.
Thank you so much for taking the time to view our fundraiser page. Your support will help us offer a higher-quality experience for all of the future healthcare professionals in our program. Fundraising is always a difficult task to accomplish, but it's such an important part of providing experiences for our students. If you could please spread the word about our fundraiser by sharing it with your friends via Email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, we would greatly appreciate it!
