Weddington DECA is an extracurricular club that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. This year, our 225 members participated in both community service and academic endeavors to enhance their overall student growth. Through their volunteer efforts, DECA members were able to provide books for those in need, package birthday gifts and party essentials for underprivileged children, and offer tutoring services to our community schools. Academically, our students competed in the academic realm advancing through district, state, and now International competition.

The International Career Development Conference will be held April 26 - May 1 in Anaheim, California.
