The 2021-2022 school year is quickly coming to an end! These last few years have been a whirlwind, and we would like to do to our best to send our current 8th grade students off with a celebration! They have worked so hard throughout these past few years not only on academics, but have gotten involved in many sports and extracurricular clubs and activities. Many of our eighth grade students have also realized over their last few middle school years, how important it is to be a leader on campus for the younger grades. Many of our students have spent their time planning weekly lessons to teach our younger students about being safe, respectful, and responsible students on campus. They take their own time during the week to plan engaging activities to share with younger grades, and work hard to be model students as an example. We have a team of students who dedicate their lunch time daily to creating engaging announcements that are shared with the school on a daily basis so everyone can stay informed. Select eighth grade students have given time during and after school to tutor younger students in reading. And finally, each month, a group of our eighth grade leaders create a virtual assembly to share out with the school, so even in times of distancing, a community culture of togetherness can be shared throughout campus. These are just a few of the things our eighth grade students have stepped up for this year, and have dedicated their time and efforts to. We applaud them on their services and time dedicated to making BPA a great place for all. We’d love to spoil them with a special trip, but we need your help! If you are willing and able, and would like to help thank these awesome students, we ask that you consider a financial donation to make their end of the year one for the books! Any amount is greatly appreciated, and will go straight to giving back to our already giving 8th grade class of 2022!
