Description and purpose of grant: We will study all aspects of waves through these labs.  From mechanical waves and sound to light and optics and beyond, we study the behavior of waves and the phenomena associated with modern physics.  This equipment helps cement students' understanding of some of the harder to understand, more conceptual topics of AP Physics 2. 

Implementation process: This equipment is used on many labs throughout three units in the spring.

Sine Wave Generator ($150)

Diffraction Gratings ($50)
Optics Expansion Kit ($200)
Mirrors Set ($70)
