We are raising funds to help send Hope Middle School Band to compete at Festival Disney 2018 in April.  Hope Middle School Band is located in Greenville, NC and is under the direction of Mr. Bryan Castro.

Dear friends and family, 

    I am so excited to share that I have the opportunity to travel to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida next school year with the Hope Middle School Band. We will take part in a nationwide festival of performing arts groups and will have the opportunity to perform and compete on a national stage!  A pretty cool experience for any middle schooler!

     The festival will take place on April 26-28, 2018.  As you can imagine, the trip will be costly ($750).  It is my hope that I can help ease the financial burden this will put on my family by raising funds.  In lieu of doing numerous wrapping paper and cookie dough fundraisers, which can take over 50% of profits from students, the Hope Middle School Band is sponsoring a HMS Band Friends and Family Donation Drive.  All donations are tax-deductible and go directly towards my personal fundraising goal of $750 (plus 7% for online crowd-funding fees totally $802.50).
