The South Bosque Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that enhances educational opportunities and enriches the student experience.

Key initiatives include:

• Funding classroom supplies and educational technology supporting arts, science, and technology enrichment programs
• Organizing cultural events and field trips
• Providing teacher appreciation and classroom grants
• Creating community-building events

The PTA is hosting its inaugural "South Bosque Sweet Social" event on February 28, 2025. This adult-only evening will celebrate the school community and raise funds to
expand programs, supplies, and events supporting students and teachers. We are expecting 300 guests. Location to be announced soon!

The PTA is seeking sponsors to help make this event a success. Sponsorship benefits will be discussed in detail. Over 550 students and 75 staff will directly benefit from the funds raised.

Terms and Conditions

Relationship of Parties: Upon the acceptance of this proposal,
[Sponsor Company] shall come on board as a Sponsor for the South
Bosque Sweet Social organized by the South Bosque PTA.
1. Payment: [Sponsor Company] shall make the payment of the
Sponsorship amount to South Bosque PTA before December 30,
2024 (60 days in advance of event date), in USD through check
written to South Bosque PTA or purchase via website.

2. Use of Titles, logos, and images: The [Sponsor Company] hereby
authorizes the South Bosque PTA to utilize the [Sponsor Company]’s
logo and associated trademarks, approved versions of which
[Sponsor Company] must provide to South Bosque PTA no later than
January 5, 2025 so that appropriate steps for the promotions of the
events can be undertaken.

3. Representative: The [Sponsor Company] is not required to send a
representative to the Event. However, the South Bosque PTA kindly
requests that the [Sponsor Company] kindly return any unused
tickets by February 1, 2025 so that the South Bosque PTA can Issue
these these tickets to South Bosque Elementary teachers and staff to
attend the event free of charge.

4. Term: The term for the sponsorship will come to an end with the
successful completion of the event and the payment.
