With the school year in full swing, Waxhaw Elementary is so excited about the "Sustainabile Energy Academy" program that was introduced for the 2023-2024 school year. As the new Sustainable Energy teacher, I am working hard to create and implement a sustainabile curriculum where we can empower our students to become responsible global citizens who actively contribute to a greener and more resilient world.

To make this program a success, we are seeking support from our local community. With an aim to provide engaging lessons and hands-on learning experiences, we need your help gathering materials for our lab. We welcome financial donations towards new/gently used STEM-related materials like 

• Robotics kits

• Ipads

• Legos

• K’nex

• Microscopes 

• Consumable Materials (tape, plastic cups, spoons, etc)
