The Austin Independent School District (AISD) Special Education Department serves over 10,000 students with disabilities. Our Transition Services Program is dedicated to helping students successfully transition from high school to adulthood by connecting them to essential resources. We provide programs such as Vocational Courses, the Eighteen Plus program, and Supported Employment, all offered across multiple campuses.

Our mission is to offer students and their families the information and tools they need to ensure successful post-graduation outcomes. We strongly encourage early planning, starting as soon as students begin receiving special education services, to ensure that transition planning is in place for every student.

The money raised from this fundraiser will go directly to help support the programs not covered by the school budget. We hope that you will be able to help us out this year.
