I have been the director of the Connally Middle School Bands for 16 years. I have taught more than a thousand students in that span. I am proud of our school, our students, and our community.
This has been a very challenging school year. As a result of the shutdowns and restrictions, the Connally Band has not been able to complete any of our usual fundraising activities. The shutdown stopped “The Practice Challenge” and “The BBQ Lunch Concert” from being held. As a result, the Connally Band Boosters haven’t been able to plan activities, trips, parties, or purchase materials/instruction for the students of the Connally Band.
While I am sure it is too late to completely make up the shortfall from this year, we want to do something nice for our students before this year gets away. I am turning to you, the Connally Coyote Band Alumni and the JCMS Community to help fill the gap.
If every Coyote Band Alumni donated $1, we could make something happen for these students this year. It will make a huge difference in a very tough year.
We are asking for one-time donations to the COYOTE BAND FUND. Any amount is appreciated.
Connally Band Boosters are a 501-c3 Tax Exempt Organization. Tax Receipts Available on written request.
Marcus Roberts, Connally Band
My son, Joey DiMaggio, was a band member when he attended Connally. I thoroughly enjoyed the Band events, so I wanted to be a part of making sure the kids were able to have fun!!
For Alumni: Zane Potter
Thank you for the wonderful job you did with Nicholaus and Anthony. Always look to support Connally Band for years to come. Ohhh we have one more son who might be blessed enough to have the same experiences when he reaches middle school.
Fausto & Diego González thank Mr. Roberts & Mr. Baiza for their dedication & contribution to their love of music.
