Description and purpose of grant:

Using these kits in our STEAM class will give students the opportunity to explore and build designs that will utilize their problem solving and teamwork skills.

The different LEGO SPIKE Essentials units will give students different opportunities to connect their cross curricular skills with building, coding, and other engineering skills.

These cross curricular skills could include social studies, science, and more.
 

Implementation process: These kits would be used by all the grade levels in my school as they come to STEAM during specials. We can have lessons aligned and utilize skills learned in class.
