Our charging and courtesy meal policies are in place to ensure no student goes without a balanced meal, regardless of their account balance or payment status. This initiative allows members of the community to contribute funds to help cover the negative balance of student meal accounts.

I am giving because I was a child who received reduced lunch. We weren't "poor" but we did struggle to make ends meet at times. I was embarrassed that everyone knew who were there reduced and free lunch kids. Although, I was one of the fortunate kids who never went hungry it didn't make me feel good as a kid to be singled out or made fun of because I couldn't afford to pay the full price for food.
