WHAT IS "ONE & DONE"?

The "One & Done" fundraising campaign is the main annual fundraiser at Kent Gardens Elementary and it's just like it sounds... You make one contribution and you're done! "One & Done" is a convenient way for families to support the school and our kids' education by meeting the fundraising goal early in the year. The school administration counts on these funds ever year.  With a successful campaign, the PTA is able to reduce other fundraising efforts and stop bugging you for money!

HOW ARE "ONE & DONE" FUNDS USED?

In 2018, the PTA renovated and expanded the school playground and built and paved the NEW running track. In 2017, we purchased new laptops for all 5th graders. This year, we will install picnic tables, water fountains, and assist school administration with other improvements to school grounds. We will also continue to support student educational enrichment (author visits, cultural arts assemblies), teacher training, state-of-the-art educational materials and books, and needed classroom supplies.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I CONTRIBUTE?

The suggested contribution is $150 per family but any amount is greatly appreciated. Select one of the existing payment options or click on the large 'Give' button to enter your own donation level. When you use PayPal you will be able to pay directly by Credit Card^*.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF FAMILIES CONTRIBUTED LAST YEAR?

33% of Kent Gardens families contributed to "One & Done" in 2018. Help us do better this year. We are aiming for at least 50% family participation!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ACHIEVE OUR GOAL?

We celebrate!!! Last year, Principal McGuigan and Vice Principal Rose were duct taped to the wall outside of the main office. We are still brain storming what we'll do this year. Dunk tank? Kiss a goat? Duct tape again? 

WHAT IS THE CLASS COMPETITION?

The class with the highest level of class participation (highest proportion of families contributing any amount) will receive a PIZZA PARTY and the teacher of that class will receive a $250 GIFT CARD to spend on his/her class.

WHEN YOU CONTRIBUTE, PLEASE:

2. ENTER THE NAMES OF EACH OF THE CHILDREN'S TEACHERS to enter into the class competition
