This is the payment page for Math Pentathlon. To complete registration, please fill out the registration form or complete the form in person at the front office. 

Include your child's name in the "On Behalf of" section.

The cost is $75. This includes materials and an after-school snack for 20-25 weeks of the program. If you truly cannot afford $75, please give $30, $10, or whatever you can. If you cannot afford to give anything, please select "Request scholarship" from the registration form.

If you'd prefer to pay by cash/check, please bring it to the front office. Make checks payable to MMFA, and include Math Pentathlon and your child's name in the Memo section.
