Description and purpose of grant: Seeking a large scale SLA Resin Printer & Curing Station for the Coppell School of Engineering for the purposes of in-class rapid prototyping and part creation for engineering & robotics courses.   

 


 

Implementation process: The printer and curing station will benefit as many as six (6) different courses serving over 500 students.  These students will use the printer in a number of ways... from rapid prototyping during the design process to producing unique parts for robot builds.  This printer will allow learners to bring to life their designs and imagined concepts.

In the event my grant is not fully funded, this is minimum amount I would need to get started on this project:  $1,800
