The Wildcat Jazz Bands will travel to New Orleans, LA to perform in the JENerations Jazz Festival in conjunction with the 2024 Jazz Education Network (JEN) International Conference. The Wildcat Jazz Combo, Temple Blues, and Temple Highlighters will perform for a panel of clinicians that are EXPERTS in their field. Previous clinicians our students have worked with include Jon Faddis, Jeff Coffin, Ingrid Jensen, John Beasley, Rashaan Barber, Jose Diaz, members of the US Air Force's Airmen of Note, and many more! Students will also receive FULL ACCESS to the JEN Conference to attend performances, clinics, and lectures by today's leading innovators on the jazz scene. Find out more about the JEN Conference here: https://jazzednet.org/conference/
In addition to the everything the conference has to offer, students will be given time to explore New Orleans and experience the unique cultural aspects of the birth place of jazz!
